The ISO 9001: 2008 standard is an internationally recognized standard introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for quality management systems. Establishment, application, certification and continuous improvement of quality management systems according to the requirements of ISO 9001 standards are today used worldwide and applied to all types of production, service, and administrative organizations regardless of their size and type of activity. Successfully implemented a quality management system according to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard and operating following the requirements of this standard is a generally accepted way of working to ensure current and future customers or partners the expected quality of products or services.
